“Yes Honey welcomes you with open arms, lots of encouragement, and an inclusive space to be yourself. The instructors give both modifications and progressions to help you meet your movement goals where you're at. Affordable with many price options and class variety. Yes Honey is not just a gym, but a community, and you can feel the love even after your first class. Love love LOVE!”

“I’ve never enjoyed exercising as much as I do at Yes Honey Studio! The instructors are all so talented and welcoming toward everyone. It’s an environment where physical and mental health can thrive (even during a pandemic). Whether you’ve been in dance classes for years or have never danced in front of others, you’ll enjoy dancing here!”

-Andrea Smith

“Absolutely amazing! You truly can just come as you are and be authentically you and just enjoy dancing with amazing talented people”.

“I heard lots of good things about this studio so decided to finally try it for myself. They offer a $10 first class special and their Saturday YesMove class was the perfect start to the day! The class I attended was mostly newbies and the instructor made us all feel comfortable and welcome. The yesmove class was a warmup followed by a follow-the-leader style dance portion where we moved across the floor and definitely worked up a sweat! We ended with a strenth building/cool down portion that left my legs sore for days. Overall it was a good workout and super fun high energy in a welcoming environment where everyone was represented. I will definitely be back to try another class soon!”

-Jessica Rudolph

“Loved the experience from walking through the door to the class! It’s a gorgeous space and the instructors are warm, welcoming, and invite you to make the experience what you need. Also… parking is easy which is always a win.”

“Yes Honey is simply amazing!
The location is safe and convenient with on-site parking. The studio is clean and organized and there is always friendly knowledgeable staff to greet you when you walk in the door.
The entire Yes Honey squad provides an empowering, encouraging, and truly inclusive experience with each class. I find Yes Strength classes to be well balanced, providing a full body workout. Yes Move classes also provide a full body workout including some strength training. I am not a dancer nor had I ever taken a dance class. Even as an absolute beginner, I am to able to feel successful (like an absolute badass) and accomplished in Yes Honey classes.”

-Leesa Mares

“Echoing what others have said already, I never had so much fun working out. All of the instructors are amazingly talented and encouraging, and I know I’ll have a great time whenever I come to the studio. LOVE LOVE LOVE IT HERE”.

-Chenlin Huang

“I am an autistic and queer femme (she/her) who had no sense of belonging. The owner, staff, and other members are all so very warm and kind, and they are the main reason I keep returning. I’m not much of a talker and am a bit socially awkward but I always feel welcomed and included. I make it my goal to, at least, attend 3 classes a week - 2 strength based classes on the weekend and 1 dance during the week. I am absolutely NOT a dancer, but the instructors always manage to bring the heat and yank the tiny dancer out of me - EVERY TIME WITHOUT FAIL. Everything about Yes Honey Studio is magical and this place fills my soul with so much happiness”.

-Casey Richards

“I have been attending classes at YesHoney studio for several years and I love this space. I’ve never been in a fitness or dance environment that is so welcoming, friendly and joyful! Definitely recommend stopping in if you’re a fan of dancing, barre, movement, yoga, strength training, group fitness, smiling, laughter or community!”
