Yes Yoga

YES YOGA classes include simple, flowing sequences to gradually warm up your body, prepping you for the day ahead or helping you wind down after a long day.

This class welcomes everyone, regardless of age, shape, or size. Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced, YES YOGA has something to offer. There's no prerequisite for prior experience or a certain level of flexibility.

For the sessions, we kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. Don't worry about additional equipment; we have an ample supply of yoga blocks and straps for you to use during the classes.
