Class Types
YES MOVE
YES MOVE is a one-of-a-kind dance fitness class designed for everyone—no dance experience needed. Led by professional dancers, YES MOVE celebrates the joy of movement with 30–40 minutes of follow-the-leader–style dance, plus a splash of strength training in a fun, judgment-free zone.
Each one-hour class includes a warm-up, dancing, strength work, and ends with a cool down and guided meditation. Our instructors bring their own unique flair, so no two classes are ever the same.
Not a dancer? No problem. YES MOVE is all about moving your body and having fun in a supportive, empowering community. Just bring a yoga mat (we have extras!), sneakers, and water—then get ready to feel the energy, joy, and power of dance like never before.
YES CHOREO
Step into YES CHOREO, where every class invites you to immerse yourself in the artistry and energy of dance. Each session begins with a quick 5–10 minute warm-up and stretch, then flows into learning a choreographed routine, guided step-by-step by your instructor. The class wraps with a group performance—or even a filmed run—to showcase your new moves.
Whether you're lacing up sneakers or slipping on heels, YES CHOREO is designed for dancers of all levels who want to express themselves and grow in a welcoming, creative space. More than just a dance class, it’s a celebration of movement, connection, and confidence—where community meets choreography.
YES YOGA
YES YOGA offers simple, flowing sequences designed to gently warm up your body—perfect for starting your day or winding down after a long one. This class is welcoming to everyone, regardless of age, shape, size, or experience level. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, YES YOGA has something for you. No flexibility or previous experience required.
We kindly request that you bring your own yoga mat and a water bottle to stay hydrated. We provide all additional equipment, including yoga blocks and straps, to support your practice.
YES STRENGTH
YES STRENGTH is offered in two dynamic formats: Barre and Pilates, each offering a unique approach to building strength and enhancing overall fitness.
Barre blends strength training with basic dance positioning for a graceful yet powerful workout. Pilates focuses on micro-movements that isolate and fatigue specific muscle groups, helping you build strength with precision. Each class includes a warm-up, intentional movement, and a guided cool down—often with meditation to help you reset and recenter.
Our strength training sessions are designed to fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you have a full hour or just 45 minutes, each class is tailored to meet you where you are. Using low-weight, high-repetition exercises—with light hand weights, booty bands, and bodyweight moves—these classes are accessible to beginners yet challenging for all levels. Modifications are always available, creating an empowering space for everyone to discover their strongest self.
